• How long your business has been running and how many branches you operate

• What you are looking for from CTE and your interest in our programs
• How you heard about CTE
• Any free-text notes you choose to share with us

We use this information to deliver your membership, to contact you about it, to add you to and run the members-only WhatsApp community, to match you with the right members and opportunities, and to tell you about CTE programs, events and seminars.

• Tally — to collect and store application form submissions
• WhatsApp and Meta — to provide access to the members-only community
• Our email delivery provider — to send membership and program emails

We share only what each provider needs to do its job. We never sell member data, and we do not share it with advertisers or list brokers.

Member data is held for as long as your membership is active and for up to 24 months after it ends, so we can handle renewals, records and any follow-up. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Data is stored with our service providers on encrypted connections, access is limited to the CTE team members who need it, and payment card details never reach our systems — they are handled entirely by PayHere.
